Growing up in a musical household was the beginning of Quest Antonio’s infatuation with the sound and lyrics of music. On any given day, he would be surrounded by eclectic music, ranging from his grandfather performing Spanish music to Sade to Earth Wind & Fire. The diversity of music in his household ironically reflected his own multi-cultural background while also shaping his own musical taste and perspective. Quest continued his musical journey by becoming fully entrenched in the Bay area hip-hop generation, the neo-soul movement, and underground electronic scene; musical styles that are all evident in his music today.
